Do we need to know Bio lab stuff?

About to read Cliff's AP bio for the second time, but I don't know whether or not I should know anything about the lab section. I have heard some lab techniques appear, but there isn't really much in the book on lab techniques, just details on the labs that need to be understood for the AP bio test.


Any ideas kids? (22 days left til my test!)

I would say yes. I was asked about genetic recombination techniques using plasmids and about artificial insemination!
