Do you have to have all the prereqs completed for LECOM app?

This question goes for other DO schools, but I'm missing two humanities courses that LECOM has on its requirements.

Is it ok to apply anyway and then take it before (potential) matriculation or will they just throw my app away?

It should be fine as long as you'll be taking the classes before you matriculate. Just make sure you put them down as "Planned/In Progress" in AACOMAS.

This. Just mark as planned/in progress.

I was wondering the same thing... my concern is that if I end up going elsewhere besides LECOM, will they expect me to take it because I planned on it on my AACOMAS app?

You need to finish all the pre-req before you matriculate to any medical schools.

I believe so, but honestly who doesn't like a little humanities? At the very worst you could just take some online classes for 150 dollars each.

i have to do this for bio 2 because some schools accept anatomy and some dont. I took cell bio and got a C- -_-. I mean after studying for the mcat, taking all the other pre reqs, taking upper division major classes...bio 2 should be a breeze at least Lol.
