I assume there is a section to list one's employment on the application (or other sections it may be relevant such as extracurriculars or if they ask for your resume). Do they ask for any kind of documentation or what proof do you have to provide, if any?

From what I understand, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, they don't verify any employment or community service activities but will most likely ask you questions about them in your interview to double check you're being honest.

Pretty much, it may or may not come up but be prepared to answer any questions regarding anything you've listed on your application.
