Do you have to submit a transcript if you withdrew completely from a college?

I withdrew from a college after a couple of weeks. I did not take any science classes while at this college. The transcript is blank(I dont even know if I have a transcript). Would I still need to submit this information??

Were the courses drops or withdraws? You need to contact the school and try to get a transcript from them to see what's on it. At many schools, 2 weeks puts you past the drop deadline, in which case you might have withdrawals on your transcript, which you would have to report.
