Where on the application would you list observership at a PRIVATE clinic?

I believe under work experience. You can find the following statement just under the experience tab in the Application section of myERAS.

"Include Clinical and Teaching experience as work experiences, include all unpaid extra-curricular activities and committees you have served on as volunteer experiences"
