Do you lose points for making up things on Step 2 CS

Absolutely, you falsified information. Frankly, I think that would be an auto-fail on that case. I don't think it will auto-fail you on the exam as a whole though. But seriously you falsified information, major red flag.
 
I missed SO MANY things on my CS!!! Diagnoses, physical tests.... for 3 of my encounters I had time to just write U/A, CBC for my workup. And yet I passed. Why? I was honest to the point of naivette. If I felt I missed something important, I'd write "not done" in my PE, and I would place it as a workup plan.

I really dont see any sane reason why ANYONE would risk cheating on this test.
