Do you think it's possible...

to know less after an entire week of reviewing than right before? I feel like I know nothing. 🙁. And my test is coming up!!!!

I think you may be thinking this way because whatever you recently read is still fresh in your mind and that gives you the impression that you've forgotten all the other stuff prior to the past week's review. Try doing some questions (like Wikiprep unseen questons, mixed if you are already done with your q bank). I think this may help you realize that you can still pull out info that you "thought" you had forgotten. Sometimes I surprise myself by remembering things I read ages ago...that makes me happy 🙂 and then I surprise myself with stupid mistakes about stuff I read a day before and still got wrong.. that makes me wanna kick myself ..😡...but whatever. SO...to answer your question..yes I think it is possible 👍

There is actually a name for this phenomenon, can't think of it.. but it quite literally goes exactly how you described it.. the more you understand, the more you realize what else is out there that you dont understand.

I believe Einstein had a great quote about this too.. im certainly not going to waste time looking it up, but the point is..

you learned more, and you know more than you did a week ago, thats a fact, you cannot change that fact, unless you lesioned your mammillary bodies somewhere along the way this week. Its just a false sense of insecurity because with this increased knowledge you've just opened up more routes to details that you never knew existed before.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to know everything, but its damn sure a guarantee that you are better now than you were before. Take it to the bank

I sometimes wonder if the Fred software is capable of creating a worm hole and swallowing me whole :smack:
