Just looking to get an honest assessment of how many times you have been excited to hear someone say they are interested in EM vs thinking, "oh, NO!" b/c they are not bright enough, clumsy, etc. A comment I read the other day got me thinking...

Have you seen the new season of ER? The one girl who keeps taking intense histories, not cut out for EM.
People can learn medicine. People can learn people skills. People have difficulties learning to think on their feet. I don't know why, I think it is the wiring. You can't put 40 amps through a 20 amp fuse. Not for long anyway.
