Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding documents to PTCAS

According to PTCAS instruction,
In order to apply to programs through PTCAS, you must fill out an online application and provide the following documents to complete your file:
-Official Transcripts from all U.S. regionally accredited higher-education institutions attended
-PTCAS application fee payment

Do we need to submit any paper application form to PTCAS?
The reason why I'm asking this question is because I'm thinking to apply to DPT at Temple U. I have found one tricky section in Temple's DPT application packet file.

According to the packet,

PTCAS (Electronic Completion or Submission)
 PTCAS Application Fee
 PTCAS Application Template
 GRE results through Temple University code (7581)
 Letters of Reference

Does anyone know what 'PTCAS Application Template' is?

Is there anything that we need to send to PTCAS? (such as paper application form or so) or as long as we finish online application, we do not need to send any kinds of paper application?

Deeply appreciate any comments!

I think that the "PTCAS Application Template" is the PTCAS online application. The whole point of having PTCAS is so that we won't have to send any "paper forms" to the schools.

I recently e-submitted my application to PTCAS and everything was handled electronically - no paper whatsoever.
