Does AACOMAS actually "Mail" applications?

I am wondering if anybody knows whether AACOMAS mails applications or if schools just go online and download them from a server once they're sent.

Anybody know how it works?

they mail something out. if you look closely at the mailing labels, majority of the schools use the exact same ones. so, i've concluded that they at least send something out to the schools.
