I just got an email from NOVA saying that my transccripts have not been loaded. The AACOMAS information has been sent to them. Does AACOMAS forward the transcripts to schools or should this be done by the applicant?

AACOMAS uses your transcripts to build an "applicant profile" with your grades, ECs, MCAT scores, etc, and sends all of that to the schools. Sounds like something is messed up. I'd call NOVA first and see if it's a problem on their end, and if it's not, call AACOMAS.

The applicant is only responsible for sending final transcripts after they have been accepted. Nova should have your grades as part of the portfolio downloaded from AACOMAS.

Nova does send out this email, but you do not have to send them your transcripts personally until accepted like NeuroLAX ^^ said.

That sucks.

If you were forthcoming (and you should've been) on your primary app, there shouldn't be any unwelcome surprises on your transcript.

I was completely forthcoming. There is a note on one of my transcripts that explains a discrepancy that otherwise might be seen as a red flag grade-wise. I was hoping school would see the note. I'd give more details, but I'm trying to remain more or less anonymous.
