Does AADSAS erase all database information each year?

I've tried e-mailing and calling AADSAS with no luck. I had submitted all of my LORs, transcript, essay, etc. in anticipation of applying this year. But now I'm unable to login to my account and it says my e-mail address doesn't exist in their database.

Does AADSAS erase everything come March when the application cycle ends even if you did not have them send out your information? Because if this is so, then all of my LORs I accumulated are gone forever! 😡

They don't dissapear. Are you sure you're trying to login to the correct year?

And your info doesn't transfer from year to year...last year's stuff is last year's. You'll have to submit it all again. Good luck getting those letters, you might be able to convince them to transfer them to the new year.....

no they dont, you have to resubmit the letters when the new cycle begins.
