I was just wondering if there are test centers that offer the DAT with paper and pencil anymore and if yes then where can I get the info as to the nearest test site that uses them near me? thanks

Took DAT today. NO pencils, only markers. The attendant told me "The ADA sent out a letter today forbidding pencils for DAT takers unless they have special permission"

Yea, i know, sucks major

WHAT?!?!?!??!

i called my test center two days ago, and im taking my test on the 17th. and they told me they still use paper/pencil

my center is dallas tx

i took mine yesterday in Plantation, FL. I was pleasantly surprised that they had pencils and paper!

when I said paper and pencil I was referring to the scrap where you do the calculations as opposed to the markers and board assuming the DAT is computerized. If all of you were referring to this just let me know. Thanks

So wait, you cant have scrap pencils and paper anymore?? Even for math?

hi dkny when did you take the test at syracuse is that east syracuse by the way? and i looked up florida and don't see plantation florida, is that the location of the test site?
