I'm really interested in doing Yoga, I read several papers on how it can relieve stress and add stamina and vitality to your health. Does anyone do yoga on sdn? Does it actually work?

Yes, when I did it regularly, it did wonders for my anxiety. There's no better feeling than being in savasana after a long practice, just breathing and chilling. From a physical standpoint, yoga's good at working the parts of your body that are neglected in more traditional exercise, and of course, it's great for flexibility -- it's also good for letting go of your ego if you're an inflexible person like me. It hits my hamstrings and obligues like nothing else.
Hmm, maybe I'll do some yoga today. I did daily practice for a while, and it was wonderful.
