Does anyone have their transcripts on AADSAS yet?

Mine should have come in on Tues/Wed since I paid for overnight shipping. I know it can take a while for these to get uploaded but have anyone's transcripts been uploaded already or am I jumping the gun?

It looks like last year, the earliest that anyone's showed up was 6/9.

However, it actually took longer to see the transcripts in the system. Let me explain...

Last year, for example, I logged in on June 12 and only then could I see that they had indicated my transcripts were received on June 10. So basically, they received them a few days before they actually put them into the system.

Nope, it's been 6 days since I sent the FAP and transcripts and i have no idea if they even recieved them.. Glad I am paying all of this money to apply

Yeah, mine were received yesterday, and I asked my school to send them on the 3rd.

I also overnighted one of mine, it also had tracking with it. It said it was delivered on June 6th at 9:22 AM, but still hasn't shown up on AADSAS.

Like Glimmer said though, I think it takes a few days after they receive it that we can actually see it on there. I also noticed this with my DAT scores, they weren't up on the date it says they were received they showed up two days later.

I sent out two transcripts on the same day. i guess it's matter of a couple of days difference if you sent them out on the 2nd.

I submitted sunday night. That's when it showed that my transcripts showed they were received.

Also, the first batch of applications is scheduled to be going out June 20th- this is based on when they received the first e-submitted application (which was a couple days w/in applications opening). Also, once your application is considered complete (e-submitted with all transcripts uploaded) it will be put in line to get the GPA verified- right now wait time for GPA verification is only 3 days! He said at the end of June the wait time can lengthen up to 4 or 5 weeks! So recommendation, get them in early, right now is a great time!

June 20th? seems earlier than the other years, no?

I think the received date they indicate seems somewhat arbitrary (I know mine were received before that date), but mine have started to be uploaded.

That's interesting that they're sending things out so early! It was later last cycle.

However, the reason they're giving is bogus. People e-submitted just as early last year as they did this year!

my school sent my transcripts June 5th, and they were received June 10th, the only thing I'm waiting on now is GPA verification and my professor to get back from the Maldives and submit my recommendation!

You need a transcript sent to AADSAS from every college you have ever attended. So, if you've taken classes at multiple institutions, you'll need multiple transcripts.

Mine was received 6/10/14 and I sent it in on 6/3/14. Also, my GPA was verified today and the email said my application will be mailed out in 2 weeks.

Either you talked to someone extra nice, or honest, or this is no longer the case. I called June 12, and the GPA wait time was 4-5 weeks. I called Monday, June 16, and confirmed my app was complete as of June 12, and I was in line for GPA verification, but the wait time was "4-5 weeks". Regarding your post, I asked, "could that be any shorter right now?". "NO, 4-5 weeks". So either it will be a 4-5 week wait, or they are already tired of anxious predents calling nonstop and just are just giving a standard answer.

Anybody else hear something different?

@Builder I think 4-5 weeks is an over estimation for GPA verification. Mine took 6 calender days (not buisness days) for it to get verified.

Please refer to the timeline from last year. AADSAS gives estimates that are far too long. That way, in case the worst happens and they DO take that long, nobody can get too upset.

I have never seen it take longer than 2 weeks for a GPA to be verified, even at peak times.

Yeah this is frustrating. I've sent both of mine out on the 4th. One was received on the 11th and still waiting for the other. =(

Looks like even after I've done everything punctually, I'm still not going to make the first batch.

If the other still hasn't made it, I would resend at this point.

All transcripts received 6/11. GPA verified 6/18. I guess the turnaround time was not so bad. Caught the first batch!

Thanks! I just called ADEA and they said that they received the transcript but somehow it did not post on my application. So for those of you are in the same situation, make sure to call your university to verify that it has been sent and then call ADEA to double check before re-sending the transcript.
