I started listening to this a couple years ago when a manager recommended an episode somehow related to mental health. The podcast is affiliated or run by the company Advisory Board which says they do research into healthcare issues. The episodes are interesting to hear things from the business side of health care. Though frustrating when their official stance is that mid levels are equivalent to physicians in primary care. The perspective overall is aligned with the business of healthcare, in which physicians are but a part of the whole, rather than leaders of the team. I was curious if others have listened to this and your thoughts.
