Does anyone use a Virtual Assistant/Secretary?

Front desk personal have been nothing but problems, one just up and disappeared on me with no notice.

Does anyone utilize a virtual assistant? I have looked at Hello Rache, Hire My Mom, and a few other things but don't know anyone who uses one of these.

I found a good in person employee, learned how to do virtual during covid.
I moved my office to different state, and my assistant is still in original location.
I grew into a virtual assistant?
