Hello... I am living a low carb low sugar diet and I really enjoy drinking 5-8 Lemon fizzies a day. My delcious recipe is 2oz lemon or lime juice and 14oz of club soda + ice (sometimes with a one ounce shot of whiskey). It is my replacement for sugar soda and beer . From my research, I've found that the acid in the drink is significantly diluted enough to not damage my enamel, but I'm not sure. During the day I drink 4 or 5 virgin lemon fizzies. Then later at night I drink 2 or 3 more fizzies with 1oz whiskey. Obviously the alcohol isn't good for me, but will this have any lasting damage on my teeth? Also, is there anything I can do to reduce such wear? Also I try not to chew the ice because I hear thats bad for your teeth.

Cheers!
