i submitted early in july, still haven't gotten one.
do they cut out some people initially?

Not sure... I already filled out my secondary and my GPA is pretty average (3.2), but I kicked major butt on the DAT.

I'd imagine everyone fills it out so that UCLA collects on the cash!
