Does Fall 2008 GPA calculate

Will our Fall 2008 GPA calculate into our application's GPA and change it?

i think starting in mid december, there's an academic update period where you can update new grades

I think we have the option to update our records after fall term. However, if you have already been accepted, you have already been accepted so it doesn't really matter. I have read somewhere that some schools, if they haven't already decided on your application, will want an update after your fall grades.

It says on AADSAS that the period is between Dec-Feb, and it gets mailed out in March. So realistically, schools will not even get those updates until late March.

Senioritis to the max here. Graduatitis is more like it--since I'm a graduate student.

I hope you read it carefully, as it will take another 4-6 weeks and you know how fast AADSAS works (pun intended). So, for the applicants who are on the semester system will receive their fall grades by mid of December. By the time it will reach the schools will definitely be January end (given you will send your transcripts during mid of December) or may be even late. And "most" of the decisions are made by Feb beginning.

I hope i was clear enough to make you understand the logic. 😉

AADSAS does not require you to participate in the Academic Update. Rather, this is a service that you can opt to use. The Academic Update allows you to provide your most recent grades to the schools to which you have applied.

So according to this, we DO NOT have to participate in Academic Update, which is good news because I've been to only literally two lectures this whole semester.


Does anyone know if this is the case for TMDSAS? Bc on TMDSAS it says our Fall 2008 is required to be updated.

No interview yet, submitted my app early Aug, took DAT late Sept, and LOR got in last week if that helps.
