Does filling out a school's financial aid application mean you are committed to the school?

Hey everyone, the school I put down a deposit on has a priority deadline for financial aid applications of march 15. I am still waiting to hear back from my top choice so I am wondering, if I fill out the financial aid application before march 15 (just in case I do not get in to my top choice), does that mean I have committed to them?
