Does GPA matter when applying for residency programs as an IMG? Or do program directors just focus on STEP scores? Thank you in advance!

More likely they focus on step. But GPA probably effects your class rank. Also, I would say that they do correlate to an extent. Not that you need to get 90s on all exams but I'd say you should be getting at least around average to be comfortable going into step study mode
