I have a few extra classes I can take, and i really need to boost my science GPA so i was thinking about taking the very intro levels of biology to get the easy A. These classes aren't even the science bio major classes, but non major science students take. however, it will still count towards my gpa/ sGpa. does this look bad for adcoms?

This seems pointless, and adcoms may find out you're deliberately GPA padding and avoiding rigorous courses especially if you're a bio major.

If you want to increase your science GPA without looking like you're padding, just take science courses in other areas like astronomy and ecology. The intro courses here can show you're just interested in these subjects on top of getting an easy A.

Take easy A upper level courses. They wont look so bad. Adcoms will see the course number and seeing Bio 110, 111, 112,113 will look horrible. Like Lawper said, Ecology, astronomy, popgen, etc. should be relatively easy courses that you should be able to ace

I'm taking a class on giving presentations and another class about running. My senior year is cake!

Intro bio is a little too transparently pointless, especially if you are a biology major. There are plenty of easy classes, in and out of the sciences, that will actually be interesting to take.
