Does it matter where I take my summer classes?

Hi all,

So I have three questions:

Does it matter where I take my summer classes? If you took classes at a school other than your regular university, they will just calculate your GPA themselves from these two schools right? So does it matter where you take your summer classes? (This is a pretty good school, not a community college)

If I am taking summer courses and it ends in June 25th. Should I wait til June 25 to apply, so the grade would be in the GPA? I want to apply ASAP.

And lastly, if I didn't do so great on the pre-req:
Gen Chem I-C+
Gen Chem II-B
Bio I-B

will doing really well in other upper science courses look good? Will taking dental (grad level) courses look good? Thanks!!!!
