At my current school it is set up so pre meds take cellular and molecular biology and anatomy and physiology. Im currently in cellular and molecular biology but I may have do things at CC in the fall because of money issues and overcrowding issues at my school. The CC offers anatomy and physiology as a two semester sequence. They also offer Modern Biology 1 and 2. Modern Biology 1 transfer to the school im at as Cellular and Molecular biology(the class I am currently taking) and Modern Biology 2 transfers as Fundamentals of Biology: Organisms to ecosystems. Do you think this class will fulfill the requirement for biology?

2 semester A&P is probably a nursing prereq. Check the advising pages, or go ask, to find out which classes are premed.

If you pull the MCAT topic list from aamc.org, you can compare it to the course description. But a school that doesn't make it clear which bio is premed bio is bogus.
