Does Medical Ethics & Jurisprudence count as science gpa if it is offered by the allied health dept?

I was thinking of taking the Medical Ethics course at my college as an extra if it will count for my science gpa. I am trying to boost my undergrad gpa before starting a masters next year.

Bioethics or ethics count as nonscience.
