Hey ya'll, I was just gonna see if I have any right to feel confident and optimistic...or if this means nothing at all.

I'm on week three of SDN, and after reading each chapter of TBR gchem, physics, and ochem, I do the passages (I give myself 32 minutes to complete 5 passages) and am CONSISTENTLY scoring ~70% (lowest has been 66%, highest has been 73%).

After doing the passages, before I check my answers I always expect my score to be much less, like I always feel uneasy about 1/2 of the choices (TBR is tricky) but consistently have done pretty well.

*I wanna add that my exam date is April 24th. I'm really hoping for a 30+!!

Does this mean ANYTHING at all?? Or am I just making lucky guesses and that it's too soon and not sufficient to judge how well I'll do on the real thing at all. I guess because I've struggled with the whole confidence thing, I'm hoping this indicates something positive. Thanks!!

I think scoring ~70% on TBR passages is great, most people I've seen scoring 30+s on the AAMCS have been scoring 70-75% on TBR.... Ofcourse, you can't use it to predict your score unless you take the AAMCs yourself.. good luck

^ just want to qualify my earlier statement by saying that on TBR certain percentages designate certain scale scores. I think TBR PS matches up nicely with AAMC, BS doesn't as much.

It depends. I was scoring 70s when I first started but after completing content review and did a couple FLs. I did the last 5-6 passages I felt for the end started to average 90s for those.
