does nova ever answer their phones?

nova is the hardest school to get in contact with. shouldn't there be someone who answers their phone? especially now with it being application time. i've tried for the past 3 days to reach them, and every single time it just goes to Su-Ann's voicemail. I've got a letter that AADSAS shows that they sent out 6/18 but it's officially lost and I'm trying to figure out a way for my schools to receive the letter and I can't even get in contact with Nova to try to figure this thing out. i love the frustration!!! and my venting is over, haha!!!

I think AADSAS lost half of the 6/18 mailing. One of my lors went out then, too, but my schools haven't received it, either.

have u started contacting AADSAS to get that resolved? it's a major pain in the @ss!! AADSAS acts like it's your fault that things got lost. if you haven't contacted people, u need to call AADSAS and let them know about it. so far of the 10 schools i applied to only 2 have received the letter. AADSAS said they are going to send it out in a mailing 2 weeks from now...which makes no sense to me because I've told them about this for about 2 weeks, you would think they would try to send it out quick just so i stop calling and annoying them. anyways, you really need to try to get in contact with someone if you haven't yet because AADSAS does not move fast to fix problems. if you have any questions message me.

strange..i was able to talk to a live person. albeit, they were rude as hell.

they are very very hard to get on the phone. try calling early early in the morning. other than that, forget about it

Call early and take into consideration how many people are probably calling. I know it's frustrating but patience is indeed a virtue.

When I tried calling them, they were the most unprofessional people I've ever spoken to over the phone. The call went something like this:

Receptionist: (picks up)(...pause) "NSU College of Dental Medicine."
Me: "Hi, I'd--"
Receptionist: (shrieks) "PUT IT BACK!!!!" (laughter, then: ) "I'm sorry, what?"
Me: "Uhh, I needed to talk with someone about..."

etc. Horrible.

I decided to bypass AADSAS and talk to the schools directly. I used interfolio, so I can just send a copy directly if they need it. Some of the schools said they'd just print one off the AADSAS portal.
