Yup, they do. But you only qualify for the Canada portion of OSAP and not the provincial portion. That means that you get $210/week. So if you have say a 39 week school year, you'll get 210x39= $8190. Its not much but at least its interest free while you're in school. This is all according to the financial aid adviser at my undergrad institution...
