Does Penn State reject people.......?

Hi,
I was just wondering if Penn State ever sends out rejection letters to people after getting their secondaries but before interview invites? I had forgotten that I even applied to them until I was going through some papers and found the letter letting me know they had my secondary and would be going over my stuff. But that was so long ago, I would have thought they would have sent me a rejection by now since that letter was from September.

I've been on hold for interview since early september. I called the ad office and all they told me was that any changes to my status would be conveyed through snail mail. Great, thanks.

geez, I hate when schools do that. Wouldn't it be cheaper for schools to use only email?

I wonder how long their hold will be. I figure by the time I hear from them I will be moved from this house to the town where VCOM is and then it will be too late for them. Oh well, I just wanted to hear something one way or another.
