Hi!
Tried looking around for the answer but couldn't find it...
Does it matter (to dental schools) where you do a post-bac program? And if it offers a degree/certification/etc? I wanted to apply for a CSU but they're not as "highly regarded" as UCs or other colleges, but it's the closest and I'd like to save a bit of money... If anyone has any links to other threads too, that'd be great!!

it does not matter, neither does your undergraduate institution.

ex-Post bacc-er from a CSU jumping in. Many of my colleagues (from many different backgrounds attending the same post-bacc) have interviewed and gotten into dental schools this cycle (UCSF, UOP, and Western to name a few). Adcoms care even less about where you do your post-bacc than where you went for undergrad (and they really don't care about that-unless it's like CC or something). The important thing is that you have to do well and ideally ace your DAT. Shoot me a pm if you have any questions :]

It should be a 4 year institution. I think that is what is important. Doing it at an institution with the reputation for preparing students for dental school would be a plus, but is not absolutely necessary.
