Soo I asked my adviser if Statistics in the Psychology department counts as a Stats course, which certain med schools recommend/require. she said yes, most med schools do count it. does this mean that course will count under my BCPM GPA?

If the regular stats class does, I'm also hoping my Advanced Statistics through the psych department does as well. It should. It's the same thing and what's offered through the Math department.

call each adcom and ask, some take it some don't

Mine counted for BCPM, and there's no reason why it shouldn't. It's a statistics class, not Comparative Literature.

my stats was taken through a social science department, it counted as BCPM, and was accepted by med schools.

Damn, my psych stats class (awful class) would hurt my BCPM. I selected BESS, I hope the reviewer leaves it alone. 🙁 and 😡
