I know this seems like a petty question..... but here it goes:
Will PTCAS or schools keep record of the edits made to observation hours verification? For instance, if the PT notices that there is some wrong information in the verification form (ie. incorrect hours/change in contact info) he/she can deny it and I can edit the information and resubmit it. Will this sequence of change/edits be noted by PTCAS and seen by schools? Or do they only see the final verified information?
Wondering if it reflects poorly to have denied submissions. Learned my lesson. I should verify everything with the PT prior to sending of course.... duh
