Does it?

Let's say someone makes a TS of 25 but QR of 14. Will that person get accepted even if the school says they have some "cutoff"

a qr cutoff exists but isn't strictly enforced...i think howard was one of the schools that had a cutoff for every section, but a lot of students got in with scores below the "cutoff"

ya, good question, it seems that no schools have an automatic cutoff that screens applications.

the addmission of dental schools are supreme court( Dr toothache phrase 🙂 ) they can change thier cutoff rule.

Check predents..I remember a guy getting in to a bunch of schools with supposed cut offs and he had a QR of 15

it all depends, one of my friend got in last year with a 14 QR score, and he's TS and AA was just average.

Indeed, admissions = can change their cutoff rules if they wish.

Hiya,

Where did he apply? I'm pretty much in the same boat with one semester away from a Masters degree. Thanks! 🙂
