Please refer to the attached screenshot.I'm very happy to be accepted into TUFTS class of 2024. I received an email requesting a response on this form, with a very near deadline (2 weeks). I know this is not the same as "Commit To Enroll," but if I answer yes, will I eliminate any chances of getting further interviews or acceptances? Will they inform AMCAS that I'm done with other schools? Thank you,

you can accept it. It won’t block any doors. You only have to choose one med school later on.
