I am a white Caucasian that speaks English as a primary language, then Spanish and Portuguese as secondary languages. Does that improve my chances of getting in? Are there any specific schools that look for that? Just curious. Thanks!

It might differentiate you from another candidate with the same exact resume but don't expect it to be a major determinant.

I really don't see how speaking another language shows your ability to succeed in dental school or passion to be a dentist.

Unless you're going to Spanish or Portugese speaking dental schools, I don't think it plays such a major role but it does help with patient interactions.
