does submitting on the deadline for UCs affect your application?

Does anybody know if submitting an application to the UCSD or UCSF Pharm D program that's post-marked on the day of the deadline affect the status of applications? I know that other schools (med, dent, etc) are rolling so it really matters if you submit early. Is the same true for pharmacy schools?

UCSF and UCSD are both non-rolling admissions school for pharmacy. So whenever the deadline comes, that's when they start reviewing all their applications.
