This might be a silly question...but do admissions officers pay attention to the doctor you work with in a clinical job and take into consideration their reputation/patient reviews? I ask because I'd like to work with a certain medical director as an assistant in her clinic. She seemed fine to me, but some of her patient reviews were very bad. That's not to say there weren't good ones, but I'm just concerned whether this will affect me as I plan to get an LOR from her. Will adcoms read up on the reviews and question my judgement in working with her?

At the same time, however, she is the medical director for a large hospital chain, so I cant imagine why she would be appointed if she was truly a bad physician.

I think if they are well connected and well regarded, that could help you, but no one is going to pay attention to ratings by patients on the internet.

The patient reviews won't matter lol.. Their title might help a bit though if you are working for a big dawg who can actually say good things about your future as a physician

No.

Unless they are very infamous within the field/area, no.
