I took ck yesterday (Tuesday) so does today (Wednesday) count towards the 3 Wednesday rule?

i took the test three weeks ago exactly (on a Wednesday), and got my score this morning

Step 1 - 220
Step 2 - 228 - did all of UWorld and scored in the high 50% range. Read first aid
