No. I have no idea how they would even know in the first place. Even if they did, I doubt they would care.

Unless of course you do something absolutely crazy to turn them down that they will remember you four years later.

Residency directors are not always adcoms etc, and if they were I doubt they would hold grudges.

If you lied or pissed someone off I could imagine it could, but it still is far-fetched.
