I just got accepted to Pharmacy school. I wonder if employers look at your undergraduate GPA at all when you apply for a job or they care more aout how you do in Pharmacy school? Or do they care about your grades at all?

Thanks

I don't think that they look at your undergrad GPA/grades. As long as you did well in Pharm D. that's all that matters.

are you kidding me?? your career as a pharmacist can be made or broken based on how you did in your undergrad! I hope you at least did well in organic and regular chemistry...sometimes employers will give you slack if you have a high science gpa

Only if you are applying for a job for which your undergrad degree is also relevant. Such as, you have a bachelor's in business and are applying for a position in pharmaceutical industry marketing or in insurance company. Otherwise, who cares?

They care about your undergrad grades even more than your pharmacy school grades!

alright echo well done on jumping into the sarcasm on the other thread about salaries, but are you going to do it on every thread now?

OP- no, now that you're in pharmacy school no one will ever again care about the hard work you put in undergrad.
