does UNLV require 3 LOR from professors?

i only have 2 LOR from science professors,
1 LOR from the dentist
and 1 LOR from my church pastor (for community services)

im doing secondary app for UNLV and under recommendation part
it says,
1, college level science prof
2, college level science prof
3, Another college-level or other professor with whom you have studied/or any evaluator of your choice
4, dentist

so is it okay i put my church pastor's information who wrote LOR for me?
or does it have to be college-level professor??
