does usc notify you when you are complete?

Does USC send you anything saying you're complete or are you automatically complete when everything has been submitted (amcas, secondary, check, lor)?

Once your online status shows everything is received like this:

Application Status
AMCAS Application Received
Supplemental Application Received
Processing Fee/Fee Waiver Received
Recommendation Letters Received

You are complete, they do not send an email confirming your complete application

i didn't get a complete msg from them.. my status page says i'm complete though?
