Does withdrawal look bad if it is only to switch schools and still taking it the same semester?

Hi,

Do withdrawals look bad if it wasn’t because of poor grades but was a day after add/drop deadline and only doing it so that I can attend a school closer to me with evening course options? Same classes, same semester, just at a different school with better times (the school had a later semester begin and registration date that unfortunately was just shy of aligning with add/drop period of the first school).
Additionally, if it helps, the school where i want to take the courses (and withdrawal from the other school) is where I already took my pre-reqs, so that would be one less school on my transcript too - but not sure if Ws are viewed as Ws no matter the reason/timeline. Thank you!

It would be a W for 3 courses from school A.

School A: farther (approx 1.5-2 hrs each way); classes during day T and R, so cannot work during those times; first time “attending”; registration and add/drop deadline aug 20th week

School B: previously took prereqs there; approx 30 mins each way; classes in evening, thus can work T and R normal hours (i am salary, but taking a cut currently with other school’s conflicting hours); registration and add/drop deadline sept 1st (1.5 weeks later than school A to be able to register as non-degree seeking and to be able to drop)

School B’s course i needed was full before i could register and I had to wait bc of being non-degree. I could only register for school B’s course AFTER school A’s course began and add/drop deadline but couldnt risk not getting this prereq done this semester and thus enrolled for it (with 2 other courses) at school A. Now school B is open/i can register, but obviously a W for 3 courses (which are the SAME courses i would take at school B, just way closer and better hours for working full time)

Predicament is basically bc the schools had different start dates and thus add/drop didnt overlap. Hope this clarifies and i appreciate your help!
