Doing a survey for writing class. I need help from you guys!

Okay so I've been lurking for a few months and finally made an account.

Im a freshman pre med student and im doing a research essay and i have to conduct a survey to gather some data.

My topic is about how less people are wanting to practice family medicine these days and more people want to practice in certain specialties.

So im going to list a few questions(really short and to the point actually) and if people can copy and paste the questions and put their answers next to them, it would really help a lot. haha

question 1: What specialty of medicine do you want to practice when youre a doctor(family, oncology, general surgery, etc.....)

question 2: for what reason do you want to do practice in the area that you have chosen?(money, prestige, media, passion, etc.....)

Well its as simple as those two questions. if anyone can help give constructive criticism on my topic or my questions, then id love to hear(adding a question to more refine my data, or altering my topic slightly, etc...)

Thanks everyone in advance and hopefully i get a lot of replies so i have a sufficient amount of data to incorporate in my essay. Sorry for any bad grammar or spelling. im tired haha.

I was constantly around them throughout my life (Dad and Grandma had strokes) So I felt that If can become a doctor maybe I can change the way people live so that these certain things wont happen to them In the first place.
