So, I know there are a bunch of you guys/girls out there doing aways at Colorado - and I wanted to offer up my spare room for rent if you need a place to stay. I'm asking $500 for the month. Anyone coming in Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan is welcome. It doesn't matter what service you're rotating on - any specialty is fine.

We live in a very nice gated apartment community about 10 minutes outside of downtown Denver... you will have your own room with a bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom. You will also get free internet, cable, washer/dryer, and parking in the lot. And since I'm a resident, I could potentially give you a ride to the hospital in the morning (if we are rotating at the same place). If you have your own car, that's obviously preferred - but if you can't work something out, we live directly across from the light rail for easy access to bus lines, etc.

Living situation: I'm an ortho resident, and my girlfriend also lives here. We have a small dog. We have a 2 BR/2 BA apt with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. We also have a balcony with an awesome view of the mountains.

Keep this in mind: Just because you stay with me doesn't mean you'll get any preferential treatment or that you'll have a better chance of 'getting in tight with people.' This is basically just a place to sleep, eat, and lounge when you're not at the hospital.

Driving distances:
Denver Health: 10 minutes
VA: 10-15 minutes
University Hospital and Children's: 20 minutes
*These times can get longer in busy rush-hour traffic

Anyone interested, please send me a PM and I can hook you up with pictures and more info. Go CU!
