Doing an NBME you've already done

I have exactly 2 weeks till my exam and I was thinking of re-doing nbme 7 and 13 because both of these I either took REALLY early in my study period or at like midnight when I was half asleep. But I didn't review either, so it's not like I know the answers.

I'm wondering if anyone else has done this, and if so, would the new score still be valid?
