I already graduated.. have A's(mostly)/1-2B+'s in Math, Chem/Ochem, (physics is A/B). However I'm horrible in bio and my prereq bio grades have been B, B+, C+ (it's my first and last C+... had family stuff going on that quarter). For my last 2 bio classes, I did get an A+ in biochem and an A- in a neuro research course. I'm a non science major (environment), so the main bio stuff was the grades I mentioned above 🙁. Will that prevent me from any medical school, esp because med school is all bio? My science is 3.59-3.60ish, total 3.7... I' also taking my MCAT in march.

A C+ won’t be a dealbreaker at any school and a 3.6 SGPA 3.7 CGPA is competitive. Do well on the MCAT and accedemics won’t hold you back one bit

Strong B/B on MCAT will help will allay concerns, if any!
