Step II Doing USMLE world 2nd time, predictive value?

I am using USMLE world to study for my shelf as well. So, when I do a particular subject a second time...I am in the 90+ range to near 100....what is the predictive value of it in real shelf and CK?

I don't see how repeating questions you have already been exposed to can have any predictive value...

I wouldn't place much emphasis on these scores the 2nd time around. It's good that you're nailing most of them, so just try to get the key points down in your mind and use the information provided in the explanations to help you on your shelf exams and Step 2 CK.
