I wanted to thank everyone that has helped me out with this whole crappy period. The posts and feedback were great, so here are my scores and 2 cents...

PAT 24
AA 18
TS 19
Bio 18
Chem 19
Ochem 20
RC 16 😴
QR 17

Bio
Questions were a lot like what everyone else mentioned... I got the infomous FRAP, as well as some other diagrams. Most were pretty straight forward though and honestly I have no idea how I would study differently if i were to take it again. Maybe try Destroyer?? I mean you prob have to know everything, or a little bit of everything to do REALLY well.

Chem and Ochem
Very straight forward studied kaplan (online subject tests as well), Topscore, and Achiever. Just know the basics and have an understanding of what is going on when certain reactions take place and you'll do well--mostly directed at Chem. OChem was pretty easy--Know your reactions.

RC
I realized that I might have left a question unanswered during my break (in the previous section) so I spent the first passage worrying about that score. But in regards to "technique", honestly I have using the "where's waldo" technique and was getting 21-22 on practice, but I think it might be ALOT easier to just read and answer the questions. The passages are short and easy...just read them.

PAT
I love this section.. anyone needs any help, its the only section that I feel I can give advice on.

Good Luck to you all and I guess I'd also like to know what you guys think my chances are?? I've only applied to 8 schools, should I add more???
Science 3.4
Regular 3.25
Accounting major 😎
Bio minor

Oh yeah any questions...feel free

Nice job on the PAT!!! I also got a 24. The 16 on RC stands out but heh, I got a 14 on QR and I have 2 interviews so far so you never know. Good luck!

good job i actually have similar score and pat as you. hopefully we will get some interviews... when did u submit ur application? and gpa also

since when does Bio have diagrams??? can u please give some insight as to what they were?

Great scores!!
Good luck with the rest of your application!!

That's reassuring, Denticus! Hopefully I can start hearing back from schools too, good luck with the interviews! Ravenclaw, though?? You'd think you would want to be in Gryiffindor after book 7!

Yeah, I hope so! I submitted August 1st so I have been getting e-mails from some of the schools letting me know that they received the application.

Well it doesn't feel right telling you exactly what they were but it wasn't anything crazy in my exam. I mean I recognized them even though it wasn't from anything I studied this summer...

Hope that helps, sorry for the lack of details but they were more of a different way to ask a question rather than asking you to recognize something insane.

Any PAT strategies/tips/tricks that you'd like to share with us??

What did you use for PAT prep??

totally understandable. just as long as it isnt anything crazy and unexpected.

good luck to u

I'm only on book three so maybe there's something that I'm missing? (Don't say anything). I just know that when they were describing the different houses, they said that those in Ravenclaw where strong in Intelligence, Creativity, Wit, and Wisdom; a few characteristics which I aspire to obtain. Anyway, I may change my mind later. The books are so addicting. I should be in 4 on Sunday!!
